Application for Marriage under West Bengal Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Scheme

Anybody, who is enrolled under said scheme can apply for his/her self marriage or his/her child twice. Rupees 10,000 allowed for assistance under said benefit.
Application procedure:
1 . filled specified Form dully signed by beneficiary and provide all information correctly in specific field, mentioned in application.
2 . attached e payment Form with all information regarding Bank AC of beneficiaries (Mobile No & any documents regarding unique identity number mandatory)
3 . attested Xerox copy of bank account of beneficiary.
4 . attested Xerox copy of up to date BOW Pass book
5 . attached Xerox copy of BOCW Identity card.
6. Attested Xerox copy of Marriage Registry certificate/registry marriage certificate /MR Certificate under Muslim Marriage Act/Kalma ( date of marriage should be 1 year later from enrollment of beneficiary)
7.attested Xerox copy of Epic/Adhar/Admit of M.P./Certificate from Board/PAN/PASSPORT or any age proof documents required in case of marriage of children (male or female ) of beneficiary
8. Affidavit ( if name shown in BOCW Pass Book not matched with name mentioned on pass book / in case of female beneficiary, Husband named mentioned in MR Certificate not matched with BOCW Pass Book or with Bank A.C.
After completing the above mentioned task, submitted the application to the respective Labour Welfare Facilitation Centre on any Working Day.

STATE ASSISTED SCHEME OF PROVIDENT FUND FOR UNORGANISED WORKERS (SASPFUW ) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ■ Eligibility & Application : ▶ All wage employed and Self-employed workers between age of 18 and 60 years in the unorganized sector in the state of West Bengal and having an average family income of not more than Rs. 6,500/- per month are eligible to be covered under the Scheme. The eligibility ceiling of family income may be re-fixed by the State Government from time to time. The family for the purpose of the scheme will include the Beneficiary, his or her spouse, the wholly dependent daughters, wholly dependent minor sons and wholly dependent parents. The period for calculation of average family income will be 12 month prior to the month in which application is made. The major source of income of the Beneficiary and income of his family members taken together should be from their work as wage employed of Self-employed workers in one or more employment or occupations
